Tandem HPV Design

Tandem HPV is a design study started In July 2004. I was thinking a similar design would be the ultimate human powered tandem bicycle. Take the worlds fastest HPV the Varna, combine it with the Europe's fastest HPV the Eivie and viola. In photo shop this is what the combination looks like. Middle wheel not necessary.
